Overview of the initiative

We want to motivate companies to green their business models. Our aim is to encourage companies listed on the WSE to take more ambitious and realistic measures to reduce their climate impact by collecting information on their plans and declarations to achieve climate neutrality and educating capital market participants on best practices.

We hope that the esg.instrat.pl portal will become a space for discussion on the contribution of Polish listed issuers to climate change mitigation, encouraging WSE-listed entities to implement ambitious but feasible climate initiatives.

We invite all audiences to visit the platform on a regular basis and follow its publications, new datasets and updates on events related to corporate climate initiatives undertaken by WSE-listed entities.

The fight for the climate will not succeed without the participation of the private sector

The implementation of voluntary targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by companies is essential to achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement. Without strong and rapid business commitment to climate action, it is not possible to limit global warming to less than 2°C and aim to keep it at 1.5°C.

Open data and the green future

The esg.instrat.pl platform was created by the Instrat Foundation, a think-tank specialising in research on sustainable finance, energy and the environment, and the digital economy.
