List of entities required to report under the CSRD / CSDD

To meet the needs expressed by financial market participants during the Sustainable Finance Working Group meeting at the Ministry of Finance, the Instrat Foundation prepared an indicative list of entities that could be subject to non-financial reporting obligations under the CSRD. The purpose of preparing such a list was to provide stakeholders with a reference list that could be one of the sources of information used by financial institutions to fulfil their reporting obligations and to raise awareness of the upcoming regulations among the entities covered by the new regulations.

The following list is based on data as at 31 December 2020.
